FRAMES RESTORATION

MATERIALS

Sandpaper, Milliput, Liquid metal paint.

Firstly, Henrietta sanded the frame down to get rid of the old faded and peeling metal paint.

Then a few coats of liquid metal paint were brushed onto the wood to restore its shiny gold finish.

Lastly, to match the original two tone of the frame, a warm gold liquid metal paint is brushed onto the detail sections of the wood.
